Holistic Therapy

I take a whole-person approach that connects thoughts, emotions, physical experience, relationships, and life circumstances, helping you understand patterns more deeply and turn that understanding into meaningful, lasting change.

A Client-Centered Approach

My approach is warm, active, and trauma-informed. That means that we will go at a pace that works for your nervous system, and that I will do more than sit back and listen. We will work together to connect with and strengthen your innate healing wisdom in the way that works best for you. This might look like traditional talk therapy, or may include more somatic, transpersonal, or experiential elements. I draw from a range of methods to meet you where you are, whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, past trauma, grief, or relationship challenges.

If I am seeing you as part of a couple, I will still tailor my approach to helping you as an individual, but I will use a more structured guide to help focus our work. I will target the root of the problem and help you break free from repeating conflicts, improve communication, and rebuild trust and intimacy.
